Returns & Exchanges Policy
At FLORAL DEAR, we want every order to arrive in good condition and meet your expectations. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Please read the policy below before requesting a cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 3 days of purchase。
- For cancellation requests made 4 to 15 days after purchase, if the order has not shipped but has already entered preparation or processing, you may request a cancellation with an 90% refund. The remaining 10% will be deducted as a handling/restocking fee.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If the item meets our return conditions, you may request a return after receiving the package.
2. Shipping Address Changes
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Order Changes
- If you need to change the products in your order, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.
- If there is a price difference, you will need to pay the difference before the change can be processed.
4. Returns
- Eligible standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, in good condition, and kept in their original packaging.Items that have been used, installed, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
- Please contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm the return method. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Missing, Wrong, or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Slight color differences caused by lighting, screen display, or handmade production are not considered defects. Minor compression from shipping can usually be restored after unpacking and shaping.
7. Shipping Fees & Refunds
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
- If the return is not due to product damage, quality issue, wrong item, missing item, or shipping issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
